Sapient Insurance is great and company policy for relocation is very helpful
Flexible hours and remote ability if needed depending on your team. Health benefits are good, but the Perks at Work aren't anything special.
Unlimited vacation, Six week of paternity leave and good HR
Great PTO and vacation as benefits
All health benefits are very affordable, very good 401k and vacation/flex day policies. Most employees enjoy work from home days.
The PTO was amazing, health insurance options affordable and high-quality
Unlimited vacation time, highly flexible work-life balance, and strong insurance coverage are some of the great benefits at working here.
Plenty of fringe benefits in office, but it didn't keep up with the overall compensation package for the Seattle market.
Expanded vacation days to include 4-day weekends and more floating holidays. 401k matching is okay.
Really good health benefits package — although with the new merger, if you have a spouse listed as a dependent who has access to employer-provided insurance of their own, you get penalized and charged an additional fee. Which is ABSURD. Decent 401k matching (I think it's something like 50% up to 5% of your salary) Good PTO, unlimited sick days, 19 public holidays and 9 additional "flex" holidays
