they give you the ususal 3 days
The benefits have a small impact on the overall decision to stay with Publix, the number one reason to stay if it were for benefits would be the health and RX insurance
they give you 3 days for close family I am not sure if you get this as a pt assoc. though
Publix offers a great benefit plan that has helped myself. However, the excessive plan changes made annually have been a consistent hindurance.
They didn't have that for no type of employment and it didn't matter what position it was.
Bereavement leave is only given to full-timers although part-timers can take off without issues for the time they need to grieve minus that pay...
