    You do get martrnity leave, but depending on the insurance plan you opt for you can also get extended leave paid for.

    Maternity and paternity leave is provided as required by law but it is not paid. They encourage use of vacation time until it is exhausted then start leave. Maternity leave employees can use sick time as well.

    3 months off . You can get paid for all of it if you have enough sick time. You can also use your 2 weeks vacation time if you don’t have the sick time.

    They give you a large amount of time off and if you need more the managers are usually super nice and flexible and help you with more time off.
