The medical insurance is expensive, including for 2 people. The 401k contribution is only a few hundred dollars. Instead, you're encouraged to buy company stock as your retirement investment. Stock vesting takes 3 years. If you start your job in July or later, vesting takes up to 4 years. With changes to paid time off starting in 2024, you have to use PTO days for holidays like New Year's Day, Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, and Labor Day.
