There is pretty much everything you could need for the benefits for working at publix. The only downside is you have to be one of their full time employees to get a lot of them and there is a minimum hours worked before you qualify for them.
No benefits for part time work and hard to get full time
Publix stock is the best benefit in this privately held company. Paid vacation is slow coming. Sick time not paid back if not used.
the health insurance is great, for family, and even lower if you are single. paid vacation is always a plus
Worst: Health insurance not great, a lot of times claims are denied/not paid. Best: Stocks provided, possible to buy personal stock at any time
insurance benefits are ok, but no life insurance for partimers
If you're full-time you get the best benefits like paid vacations better bonuses. As far as health insurance and 401k its pretty much the same and its a decent amount to pay.
