401k match of up to $750 a year. Profit plan that hands out a certain amount of Publix shares for hours worked. After a year of continuous employment you are eligible to purchase shares in Publix stock which are not available to the public.

The best benefits are the employee stock and 401k plan. I believe vision and dental plans are available but I did not sign up for either of them.

Amazing Benefits! Great accommodations for employees especially stock options after a year of working for the company

Best part is profit sharing because as long as you work a specific minimum number of hours, you will earn stock from Publix and it will vest within three years. Your 401k is also a great opportunity to get more Publix stock. Looking at the average return and dividends you earn, Publix, in the long run, does better with return. Health insurance is great and they pay partial. Vacation is ok, however, many companies offer better vacation packages. It takes a while to work at Publix before you earn a lot of vacation time. Discounts with other companies are great. Retail quarterly bonuses are great too.

It's almost all positives here if you stay a year and work an average of about 30 hours a week: 401K matched 50 cents to the dollar health and dental coverage vision coverage life insurance short term disability And the biggest is the investment in private stock. This benefit is absolutely massive and amazing.

Great if you're there forever, and pretty bad if you are working part-time.

The stock options are very beneficial to you. Allows you to receive dividends quarterly and can be very lucrative over some time.

Employees have the option of enrolling into the health package after 90 days( full-time), or 6 months (part-time). That is the best thing about the benefits package.
