Best thing would be the amount of PTO. 20 days off per year, not including 8 company holidays and 2 personal holidays, so 30 days off per year total.
PTO is awful and vastly less than industry standard
Best thing about the benefits package is the amount PSE provides to it’s employees. PSE covers nearly all of the monthly costs associated with medical benefits.

The premiums are getting out of control. Every year they go up despite many complaints company wide. It was even a top issue on the great place to work survey but they don’t take it seriously.
