The health insurance was great. The options for 401K were good.
Mostly-paid health insurance and 401k. Vacation is mandatory 2 weeks to start (meaning no negotiating up), goes to 3 weeks after 5 years. My managers were always pretty flexible and I could take care of things during business hours when absolutely necessary.
matching 401k contributions up to 5%. Excellent insurance benefits with majority premiums employer paid. Other various benefits such as $50k- $100k in life insurance and optional dental.
