100% employee paid health insurance and Unlimited PTO are the best part of the benefits package. Not necessarily the worst things but would be great for above standard maternity leave and that pet insurance isn't offered
Unlimited PTO, medical is piad for employee, has $15 allowance for snacks, fun Friday with company sponsored beer, very casual work environment, company is small enough that every body knows each other.
Best things: unlimited PTO, covered health insurance for individuals and the 401k match . Worst: Work From Home depends on how your Department Head is feeling that week - not consistent through out some Departments. Took annual bonus and replaced with Spot Bonus. Might as well say "No Bonuses" - even if you're a continuously contributing employee.
Employer contribution towards deductible is great if you're on the high deductible plan. Maternity leave is awful, only 6 weeks paid.
Pay for employee insurance, but charge a lot for spousal support
The only thing good about the company is the pay and “fun Fridays”. The management is horrible. They will rather replace you rather than listen to your concerns.
