Health plan is a bit pricy, has a high deductible ($2,500) then 20% copay, and has limitations. Some prescriptions are not covered.
I am not very sure about the benefits. It was mentioned in the RA offer letter that I will be getting benefit in comparison of being just a student. Couldn't enroll for the next health insurance cycle.
In general, people say Purdue benefits are decent.

Its a bare minimum covering student health insurance. Can't ask for more since its a university.
