    Pretty much unlimited sick days, as you are a grad student and people don't want you to spread germs in the lab. And you can work from home anyway

    You get more than enough sick days to use for yourself or your immediate family. You can use them for doctor visits, etc.

    All employees are encouraged to take leaves if sick. While such leaves are unpaid, due to the fact that pay is based on a per hour basis, the environment is very comfortable and you are never over burdened with work.
