The health insurance plan was recently changed, but overall it is an affordable and competitive package and suitable for a family.
The insurance here isn't very good.
The insurance is fairly inexpensive (in comparison to other companies) but the lack of matching for 401 (k) is ridiculous. There is no incentive to use the company 401 (k) and employees would be better off getting an IRA on their own . The company used to match all donations but stopped that years ago.
Below average time off. Expensive insurance. No 401k matching.
The benefits are competitive to what is out in the market. The company pays for a large portion of the cost. Three healthcare plans to choose from that all have built in dental and vision (competitive). 401k plan but no match
Love the gym benefit offered. The dental plan isn't very clear.
PRO - Company offers a full package of health benefits at a reasonable cost CON - Deductibles are high
The health benefit package is not bad at all. However, the 401k package was not as good as I had at other jobs. It wasn't 100% vested by the company. I never got the benefits through my company as of now so I really can't speak that much about it.
I have found that the benefits at PureRED are some of the best I've experienced. The health benefits are outstanding and low cost, they cover a large portion of my gym membership, and the time off for vacation/sick/personal is competitive. Some have complained that PureRED doesn't match on the 401k plan, but at the end of the day it's my responsibility to save for my future and not my employer. PureRED does a great job of not passing rising health costs on to the employee, which I appreciate.
Little to no benefits. Laughable compensation and pay raises.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
