10 PTO days a year, no 401k matching, health insurance is expensive if you have any dependants
excellent for land service company- have good health plans and have hsa option. free life insurance and free short and long term disability. have dental/vision.
Confusing with no 401K match
Benefits are horrible. Only 10 days PTO, and this covers everything, vacation days, sick days, family emergencies.
Independent Contractors do not get any benefits. One of the things I would like to see as a benefit for Independent Contractors is for Purple Land Management to offer to withhold taxes kind of like a separate thing; like a savings account. Another thing I would like to see is some classes paid for by Purple for Independent Contractors so we can improve ourselves faster.
Also includes dental insurance at a low cost.
Very basic benefits, very high rates for medical. PTO is a joke.
Paid Time off was ten days. Health Insurance was a basic level. They would work you 50 to 60 hours a week on a schedule that was not in line with the benefit package one would expect for the conditions.
If you are offered an employee position the benefits package is average. It includes the usual, Paid Time Off, 401k (no match), Health, Dental, Vision. Nothing out of the ordinary.
