the company does offer a good 401 (k) plan. and they are being quite generous with matching it.

    This is totally fine here

  • May 14, 2018
StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in San Jose, California

Employer matches a certain percent of your 401k pay, which I believe is 6%, although not sure. You can change your contribution at any time during the year.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Manager in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Matches 25% up to 6% of salary; investment options are decent

StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Chicago, Illinois

Firm match is pathetic, almost a typo. However, the Wealth Builder plan is free of charge and contributes a small percentage of your salary each year. This money should be seen as additional retirement funds. Selection of 401k funds is generally awful.

  • Jan 31, 2018
StarStarStarStarStar Former Director of Marketing in San Jose, California

Competitive firm match but investment options are limited due to the firm auditing many financial companies.

  • Jan 24, 2018
StarStarStarStarStar Former Senior Associate - Advisory in New York, New York State

Very bad. 1.5% match which almost nothing.
