    The firm offers a range of health insurance plans that can meet your budget. The firm moved to an all-deductible plan, but there are options as to whether you want a low-, mid-, or high-deductible plan. The high-deductible plan includes a rebate from the firm that offsets the employees cost of the insurance plan. It worked well, and after adopting the plan, I found that my medical insurance costs overall went down.

    Expect to pay at least $2.5-3.5k annually out of pocket between premium and deductible if you have reoccurring medication needs.
