I did not take advantage of the benefits offered by Pyramid Consulting, however they appeared to be competitive to other consulting firms I have worked with.
Health insurance covers basic needs. No 401K matching.
The best things about the benefits package is the medical insurance benefits and 410K. The worst thing is that there is no paid time off.
The time off rolls over to the next year if you haven't used it all...otherwise it's bare minimum for benefits like time off and expenses
Yes 401k; No PTO, Placement not always best fit.
I am not an Employee. I hold a contract position as of now, so I am considered a Consultant with the company. I may not receive all of the benefits an Employee may receive, but I'm grateful for what I do receive. I receive health benefits with Cigna. I do receive holidays off, but I am not paid on holidays. I may request to leave early or take a day off, but I must make the time up. There are also a very great deal of events and volunteer activities that I'm able to sign up for.
Health plans have high deductibles
Not enough pay to join 401k
No paid vacation or days off with pay
No benefits provided to contractors. I have to pay all by myself. Pay is also very low.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
