Pyramid has a fantastic benefits package, one of the best I've seem for any hotel management company. The corporate co tribution is exceptional, keeping employee costs insanely low. The optional benefits are also suplemented by the company.
The PTO policy mixed sick time and vacation. This fostered some pretty sick people coming into the office to avoid using "vacation" days
I'm happy with the benefits package
They offer a 401K match but you won't be vested unless you work more than 3 years with the company. Accumulating hours for PTO is very difficult; first year you get about 5 days and then it increases to about 10 days in your second year. There is no sick time so you have to use PTO if you get sick. Health insurance isn't that great; I had to change doctors to find one that took the insurance.
401k, flexible schedule, lots of hours out there for you to work if you want them.
Insurance is economical but you might end up paying higher deductibles.
Accumulating paid time off. Good culture. Fun people to work with. You don't have to pay for lunch. They provide free parking.
Health Insurance offered was much more expensive than prior and post employer offerings. Not sure why. The bonus structure was exciting until I realized that it was unattainable. The goals were unreachable and there were not enough resources to attempt to reach them.
They do offer health insurance if you work 30 hrs. They feed you pretty well too!
the Benefits package is very affordable and we have 3 options to pick from. the company pays a large amount of the coast to keep it affordable for the hourly employees
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
