“All good with minimum pay”
“Good vacation time for the employees if you all atleast for 5 years”
“Not much to do at office”
Q2 offers Unlimited Paid Time Off. 401K matching is rather limited.
Great benefits, especially time off and health care.
Q2 has great benefits and the company overall has an extremely fair and honest with their employees.
unlimited PTO in addition to sick and holiday
Sad 401k, no employee stock purchase plan, no RSAs only RSUs and they vest over 4 years, no free snacks, onsite food is... ok and is $5, two food trucks to choose from most days - but they don't really rotate. The best of the benefits are on par with other companies in terms of the cost of insurance, maybe cheaper.
Q2 added unlimited PTO in 2018. They have 401K matching people people below director level. They match 25% up to the first 6%. They pay a portion of the medical benefits. Parking is free on campus.
401k, adoption assistance, generous paid time off
Unlimited PTO, great health benefits (which kick in right away).
The best thing is one could work from home. There is so much flexibility in working hours. We could take lunch break at any time we wish.
They are working to improve benefits, adding uncapped PTO and 401K match this year. Overall, benefits are decent for single young adult.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
