Sad 401k, no employee stock purchase plan, no RSAs only RSUs and they vest over 4 years, no free snacks, onsite food is... ok and is $5, two food trucks to choose from most days - but they don't really rotate. The best of the benefits are on par with other companies in terms of the cost of insurance, maybe cheaper.

Q2 added unlimited PTO in 2018. They have 401K matching people people below director level. They match 25% up to the first 6%. They pay a portion of the medical benefits. Parking is free on campus.
