Q2 has moved to a program called YourPTO which doesn’t limit the employees available time off by number of hours or days. Most time off requests are approved at the first level manager’s discretion. There is no maximum to how much PTO can be taken, though if more than 2 weeks off are requested it goes to your VP for approval. As of April, I’ve already taken several days to volunteer or leave early for a long weekend or to take care of a sick kiddo without any issue or concern that I won’t be able to spend time with family for the holidays at the end of the year. I’m very happy with this benefit.

Not as progressive as the some now with unlimted time off and sabbaticals, but all bank holidays are awarded as well as 15 days PTO (sick and vacation days) to be accrued annually.
