“HORRIBLE, The worse that I've ever seen in my entire life. ”
“great if you can make it that far. ”
“You have to wait 5 years to join it and they have an option to match it a t a max of 2% if they choose to do so.”
They have that stuff. Its ok. Not the best
The insurance plan is horrible for such a big company
While the insurance is good, expect to pay roughly 7k-8k/year for a couple, 12-13k/year for a family. Extra star for matching up to around 3% 401k contribution.
Health insurance is expensive.
Health insurance needs improvement. Too expensive.
No 401k match unless they want to do so at a max match of 2% and you have to wait 5 years before you can join the 401k plan. Medicals and Dental they do not pay anything on that. This is all on the employee. No perks really other than you can have a work life balance sort of..
The insurance is good but you have to pay sooooooo much for the premium. It's the most expensive premium I've ever had to pay. I had family coverage and I had to pay like a $1,000/month and I think it actually could have been more!!
Benefits were standard as with any other company. You had to work a year to get medical insurance due to the extremely high turnover rate.
Insurance is very expensive. The company doesnt seem to help with premiums at all.
401k matching is at the end of the year if company performs well. No more than 3% on average. Only 10 PTO days off for the first few years. Health insurance is really bad —you pay more than $350 a month and it covers practically nothing. Dental insurance is even worse as it covers just a fraction of your expenses.
