good medical, dental, 401K, discount,
Good discount for not only QVC, but other company owned brands like Zulily, HSN, Ballard Design, etc.
Lots and lots of PTO and flex hours and work from home options
They continue to make cuts to benefits however it still seems good compared to other companies.
Very comprehensive medical health insurance. Great plan
Able to work from home once a month. Can choose benefits from three different healthcare companies.
Overall the benefits package was good. 401K used to be better. Now the company matches 50% up to 4.5% contributed, or about 2.25%
Vacation and PTO was good. After 5 years you got an extra week of vacation. Note: Things may have changed in 2019.
Qvc shows awesome employee appreciation.
The benefits they claim they give have so many stipulations to them that they might as well say they don't have any. There's even an age requirement for the 401k. I was going through some emergency health problems, and they said it would take weeks for me to get approved for time off. It's an emergency. I can't wait weeks. I need an MRI. They offer health insurance Options, but they don't pay for it. The paid time off is only for certain employees and even if I had any, it wouldn't be enough time off to cover the 3 emergency Dr appointments I have had in the past 3 days. The tuition assistance is a joke too. You won't qualify unless you work at least X,XXX+ hours in a year, so if you're part-time, sorry! You are treated like a number, not a person. Work at H-E-B, they offer better benefits, for all employees, not just Full-Timers.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
