StarStarStarStarStar Former Burrito Artist in Portland, Oregon

Went over the tasks for the employee to do during the shift. Can always stay busy doing something. Takes time to start getting fast at most tasks

StarStarStarStarStar Current Shift Supervisor in East Lansing, Michigan

Horrible. The entire company has a lack of training and very high turnover. Management expects you to know everything within 2 hours of working.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Shift Leader in Tampa, Florida

The corporate information they provide during the training, is effective. There is hands on training as well as IPad.

I have worked here for two or three months and am still not fully trained. My manager is lazy and never put forth the effort to complete my training.

great experience with the training, managers were thorough even when the job could get a little hectic. Employees were treated as invaluable resources, including during training.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Line Server in Orlando, Florida

You are thrown on the line to get your experience. There really is not a better way to get used to the line and serving.

  • Sep 10, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Blue Ash, Ohio

most of the training was watching videos on how to prepare the food as a server. not much of it wa actually making it or letting you practice wrappng burritios

StarStarStarStarStar Current Line Cook in Louisville, Kentucky

As long as it gets done correctly, how it got that way isn't a big issue.
