“Best thing is working from home and the flexibility that comes with that. The worst part was having to wake up so early and deal with fussy parents. The children were great and so were most of the parents.”
“They provide so many opportunities and resources to train. ”
The best thing is the opportunity for bonuses. You can get $4 bonus an hour for being on time for classes, and an extra bonus for your rating. The worst thing is you are responsible for your own taxes.
There were no benefits available.
The best thing is you can work from home and set your own hours within their time frame. However, the hours are difficult if you are not an early morning person or like teaching late into the evening.
Pros: Able to work from home. I finish before my daughter wakes up. Cons: Really no room for advancement, no full time, early hours.
You get to work from the comfort of your home. They are very flexible and you get performance bonuses . That's about it!
No benefits outside of the salary, but the pay is decent considering how flexible the hours are and how the management functions.
Bonuses for teaching well and for attendance bonus. It is fairly easy to pick up both which adds up over time.
Attendance bonus and performance bonus based on parents freedback!
As a part time job, the company does not offer any benefits
