    health/dental is good, but you have to wait 2 months go get it. 401k is ok, but 6 months before access. low matching.

    Barely give you any time off at all. They also do not give you time off when the customer is shut down in the last week of the year between Christmas and New Year's. Very screwy on time off because you have to PURCHASE a vacation plan from your own wages. Grand total of 3 days vacation to start. All other time off must be purchased. They also do not comply with State Laws regarding sick leave and force sick leave to cannibalize vacation time if you use it, forcing employees to come to work sick due to not having a desire to take pay cuts.

    Medical benefits are equal to, if not better than other similar companies and larger OEMs. Paid time off benefits are standard for salaried employees at 2 weeks vacation, 10 holidays and 5 sick days with tenure increases at 5 and 10 years of employment. There is also the option to buy up to 1 additional week of vacation time for all employees. The company is also improving the 401k program to more than double the matching amount that we previously had. The company does not offer any paid maternity/paternity/adoption leave, but does offer short term disability that is funded by the company with no employee contribution

    Doesnt kick in until 90ish days, 401k match is poor compared to anywhere else. 3 days of pto is beyond unreasonable

    Good health insurance including dental, vision and they offer a 401 k.

    When I first started they only paid 3 days of vacation, and you only got the same holidays as your customer, which was generally 7 static days. That then changed to 10 paid flexible vacation days, but no paid holidays (so no actual change). Then it changed once again to 3 flex days, 7 static holidays, and 3 sick days (because it became federally required). 401k contribution was the lowest I have ever seen. Tuition assistance was only offered to 5 employees per semester, after an essay was submitted and winners picked, and was only to the amount in which you matched, up to $2500, even though you didn't actually get that amount after taxes.
