Still a 401k match (but have to be there the next year to receive it) good insurance but need have biometrics done every year for the best rates. Vacation time is fair not generous, but can negotiate.
No sick leave, company perks non-existent. Vacation is a joke, 2 weeks for the first 5 years and even then only IF they'll give you off, normally it's a "No, we need you that week". No weekly 401k match, they say at the end of the year if the company does good you'll get one, that's a fancy way of saying screw you. Their insurance deductible and premiums are the highest I've ever heard of, and they say their on-site medical saves you money but it really doesn't because they don't provide hardly any care and the care they do provide is very poor quality.
The pricing is quite expensive in comparison to other companies offerings unless you use the Quad Meds. I have had lots of success wtih Quad Med and think they provide excellent care so definitely worth that part of the insurance.

Best thing is health care premiums are still lower than most other companies offer. Worst thing is they no longer invest in their employees through tuition reimbursement. 401k is matched only if the company performs well throughout the year.
Great medical insurance if you live in WI. 6% 401k match at year end, if company successfully meets earnings goal.
