No paid time off, vacation if they let you which they rarely do.
All time off whether vacation or sick is compiled under PTO. Typical Holidays plus Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Amount given is standard and not generous but can be negotiated per department.
Vacation does not roll-over to next year, if you leave the company or your position is eliminated you will not be paid for unused vacation
good amount of comp time for amount of service years
good positive amount of time given for years of service
average now, used to be able to pay out personal time, now it has to be taken as vacation
You have to earn it- it is not granted in your first year which can be tricky. And they only allow you to carryover a certain amount of unused hours, which then have to be used within the first few months of the year.
Take all vacation s and can select pay before vacation or after
They are pretty well with vacation and how much you get Im guessing it depends on which department you work.
They offered paid time off and people used it so they ended it.
