PTO is great. 4 weeks in your first year can't be beat. Benefits are pretty good also.
The only good benefit at Quadax is the PTO. Flex Time is limited to 12 occurrences in a year. We are adults and should be allowed to manage our own schedules. Work from home is one day a week. I know plenty of people with a similar job to me at other companies that are able to work from home pretty much whenever they want. The Health insurance is incredibly expensive and even with all you pay for your share of the cost, the deductible and out of pocket max are very high. They offer short term disability but not long term, showing they only care to help you if you can come back to work. I have to pay for a long term disability at an outside insurance company, for peace of mind and it isn't cheap. I know people at other companies who have long term disability through work and pay so much less than me.
The best benefit Quadax offers is the PTO time b/c they give 3 weeks. They do offer a 401K that the company does match some of it. However, the pay is not the best, and there does not seem to be a lot of room for advancement.
Plenty of options for health benefits packages
Very expensive health insurance with very high deductibles. PTO is decent, but since you don’t get sick time and personal days, it’s not all that.
There are 4 medical plans to choose from, two dental, and a vision. They also match a portion of the 401k after a period of time. The benefits are slightly more expensive than the norm, but not too bad.
Best- Generous PTO: 4 weeks for new hires.
PTO is good, 401K is average, no tuition reimbursement or any kind of incentive or profit sharing plans.
Health/dental premiums were low for employees, no flexibility in schedule, four weeks bank of vacation as soon as you start
Health ins is mediocre at best. Time off is above average. 160 hrs PTO + holidays and flex time
