The best benefit Quadax offers is the PTO time b/c they give 3 weeks. They do offer a 401K that the company does match some of it. However, the pay is not the best, and there does not seem to be a lot of room for advancement.
Plenty of options for health benefits packages
Very expensive health insurance with very high deductibles. PTO is decent, but since you don’t get sick time and personal days, it’s not all that.
There are 4 medical plans to choose from, two dental, and a vision. They also match a portion of the 401k after a period of time. The benefits are slightly more expensive than the norm, but not too bad.
Best- Generous PTO: 4 weeks for new hires.
PTO is good, 401K is average, no tuition reimbursement or any kind of incentive or profit sharing plans.
Health/dental premiums were low for employees, no flexibility in schedule, four weeks bank of vacation as soon as you start
Health ins is mediocre at best. Time off is above average. 160 hrs PTO + holidays and flex time
Health insurance is somewhere in the middle - not the best, but there are worse employee offerings out there. Makes up for it with flexibility offerings, potential to work from home depending on your role, discounted gym memberships and more.
4 weeks of paid time off under 7 years, then 5 weeks after 7 years
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
