Nice amount of vacation to start and paid sick time. Matching on 401k. Overall good benefits but they have gotten slightly worse year over year.
Average benefits, and stock options would improve the overall package.
Average health benefits and 401k options. Limited vacation
Health insurance is ok for the company size, full support for work from home, good expense reimbursement. No company cards for travel so personal credit needs to cover expenses that can be quite high.
The best thing about the benefits package at Satori while I was there, was the HR manager, who was perhaps one of the most helpful human beings I've ever met. However, I understand he has moved on.
Satori Software has one of the better benefit packages I've seen, even in Seattle.
The two best benefits are the sabbatical and the higher percentage of matching to the 401k. After 4 or 5 years a 3 week block of time is available to be used in addition to paid vacation. The 401k is also matched to 100% for the first 7% of the salary.
The Health benefits are great but the dental plan is not comprehensive.
Matching 401k vision dental medical, after 5 year paid 3 week sabbatical, 3 weeks vacation accrued per year at start.
Generous 401(k) match, decent insurance, good vacation/holiday package, and paid sabbaticals at 5 year intervals. Better than the industry average.
