Employee Contribution

  • Flat dollar amount or percentage of eligible compensation (minimum 1% of salary)
  • Maximum 100% of salary up to annual IRS deferral limit, and less other elective deferrals and required deductions
  • Make up contributions permitted for employees age 50 and over
