Decent amount of PTO. 401K available. Life insurance policy included. Vision, dental, and health benefits.
They give you health, dental, and vision insurance. Honestly, it's not worth it. Time off I know they shorten the amount of time you can have off PTO wise, and they were not honoring time worked if their punch in/punch out system messed up. Honestly Maximus in Brownsville, Texas is way better in terms of benefits.
not cost competitive for HC
PTO and floating holidays have a decent accrual rate. Medical is minimum legal coverage.
you will get paid for the unused pto when you leave or are laid off. the company will figure out a way to not pay you your unused pto when you leave.
Best thing is that they offer competative PTO and benefits. Worst thing is when you actually NEED those benefits, the company WILL find a way to not let you utilize them. The company defineatly does not have its employees backs, they will leave you in the cold. (this was fortuneatly not my personal experience but I watched it happen to all agents there.
The benefits are good at the admin level. Health insurance for agents is weak. My Anthem package is expensive but I could not afford a plan with $1,000 deductable on my own. The company does not offer 401K.
Everything is great, this was the first employer to really explain the benefits to me. In detail.
The benefits package is pretty good for a single person. I hear the family packages or add children and its not great because its extremely expensive. I did get a lot of stuff taken care of with the package they offered.
too expensive and limited options; little explanation
