    Its the best, they offer 40 hours of vacation on your first year and 80 on the second one, after that, it keeps going up every few years

    Time off and vacation is not guaranteed nor approved by management. It is up to them if you let them. Several times they have scheduled shifts during my vacation; fully knowing I was/am out of town during that time frame. It's always fun to get back from vacation and find out you've been fired because you've been gone for more than three days... Hours of vacation are dedicated by your hours worked. Generally maxing out at three weeks. Vacation hours do not roll over from year to year, they cash out. Personal day disappears. So it's either use it or loose it.
