The term “benefits” doesn’t really do our employee rewards program justice. We provide medical, dental, and vision insurance, 20+ days of annual leave, generous retirement fund contributions, company equity, quarterly bonuses, and tons of career mobility.
WORK HARD/PLAY HARD
For every bit of hard work we put in, we have twice the fun. Whether that means taking a break in a massage chair or hitting the slopes after work, Qualtrics makes sure that employees take time to recharge and live it up.
Because we’re a hyper-growth company, getting promoted and taking on more opportunity is always an option. We hire individuals who have what it takes to quickly step into the next role and take on opportunities beyond their core job description.
We believe in a workspace that allows you to take a breather and pepper fun throughout your day. Grab a beer in the Dublin office pub, enjoy Seattle’s rooftop patio overlooking the Puget Sound, or raid one of the many kitchens around Provo’s office.
We’re looking for top performers with a wide array of professional and personal experience. Our employees are driven, intelligent, diverse and interesting people who work well in teams and know how to have fun.
Qualtrics employees are plugged into a network of experienced professionals around the globe. With weekly company-wide video meetings and our own internal social network, employees get global experience and stay up-to-date on what’s happening across the organization.
The best thing about the benefits at Qualtrics is the flexibility it gives to choose specific packages that apply well to my own specific circumstances. We also have a fun Experience Bonus that is very different from other companies - we get money to use on something we wouldn't do otherwise and really reminds me of what Qualtrics stands for and believes in--experiences. The worst thing may sound funny, but the vision insurance only allows for purchase towards contacts OR glasses and where I wear both off and on frequently, it would be nice not to have to choose one or the other each year
I was on contract position so not aware of the full time package , i was paid 44$ per hour but than later came to know that the vendor in between was eating alot of money , Qualtrics was paying them $100/hr.
401K’s not bad, experience bonus only takes account after a year, wish it was reflected in wage
Amazing benefits! Good healthcare. Experience bonus is still in play. And now, OwnSAP is great too.
Inability to work from home (for most of the sales org) was the biggest let down from the Qualtrics benefits package.
Best benefit package that I have ever had with an organization
Was definitely better before SAP. The best perk is an annual experience bonus to take a vacation.
Free food, good time off, experience bonus, good insurance coverage
Best: benefits team is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful; $1500 experience bonus; Stock EPP Worst: Healthcare premiums are expensive
Seems like we get a new benefit every month!
