The best thing about the benefits package is the insurance. They pay the full amount on their side. It does not come out of your salary - they pay for it up front, and in full.
Most important -- There two versions of the stock agreement. One requires an IPO or Sale event before any stock will vest. Make sure to ask for the one where vesting is only conditional upon time at the company. For the most part transparency is pretty good here, but in this case it's not - it's a shame that Qualtrics takes advantage of new hires not knowing to ask for the second RSU agreement. 100% health premiums + $2,500/year contribution to your HSA (for a family) $1500 vacation reimbursement $10,000 fertility assistance 5% on track performance bonus 3 weeks PTO + 15 paid company holidays 3% 401k contribution Paternity (2 weeks) / Maternity (4 weeks) RSU grant & cash signing bonus For the most part benefits are pretty strong - not quite on par with the Microsofts, Googles, and Facebooks of the world, but pretty good. The weak spots are the PTO (3 weeks), 3% 401k, and Paternity (2 weeks) / Maternity (4 weeks). Hopefully they'll adjust these up overtime. There's been talk about onsite daycare, that would really be awesome.
Benefits are overall good. No cost for health insurance, toll stipend in Dallas office, 401(k) is decent
Best thing is Free snack and lunch.
Qualtrics pays 100% for health premiums and has great company perks.
Qualtrics offers Great insurance and the monthly premiums are covered at no expense to employees. The physician coverage is comprehensive.
Health care is great! Free lunch is nice. 401k benefits, all the things you expect from an established and allegedly thriving company.
Greta health insurance, horrible PTO/sick policy, average 401k, RSU's are pretty pathetic considering how low the pay is.
Wisht the 401k was better, but the healthcare benefit is great.
I think our benefits package at Qualtrics is fantastic. You can really tell that Qualtrics values its employees based on how they have setup the package. They give a week off between Christmas & New Years for all employees outside of regular PTO, they give an automatic contribution of 3% of salary to 401k's, $1,500 experience bonus to go try to new things and explore the world, and my favorite of all is 100% of employee premiums paid for (extra money given to fund an HSA for high deductible health plans).
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
