They give it. but you have to request that time off for like 3 months in advance. but they will lose it once in a while saying that its all ready blocked off and that you cant use it because their friend asked them. Or worse, you say your using the time off and they dont remember and you get in trouble. its all clicks and crap here, if you aint in you dont win
getting time off pay hours is easy but getting the vacation and or a day/s off is hard
You can only accumulate up to 4 hours a paycheck which is every two weeks when starting. Adding up to only 1 day off per month.
Fairly generous. Sometimes difficult to schedule.
Vacation accrued per years worked. PTO was great when you needed to call out.
Vacation and sick days are combined. Time off can be used for either.
Comparable time off to the industry standards. Not bad when one has to use this time.
Only 6 paid holidays and no sick days so Paid Time Off is used in a lot of situations where employees at other companies wouldn't need to.
Vacation and paid time off? What is that? You don't get that at quest. You get Time without Pay, meaning your sick days and your vacation time and this..."paid time off" (which is unheard of at quest) are lumped together so you can have time off, but you don't get paid for it. Unless you have special cases. Like the one time I got one (1) single paid day off for bereavement, because the grandmother who raised me spent her last 4 years in Korea and died there. But thank you Quest, for the single paid day off. It sure gave me time to grieve. :)
Three weeks vacation for new hires.
