I had considerably more time off at my previous job, but the amount is adequate. There are only a few increases over time, so it doesn't get a lot better.

Paid time off could be better especially since the company is so profitable. It would be nice to see more than 24 days off after 5 years

I have to say, they have the best PTO offered. They are cutting back but still good work/life balance.
