Benefits are about average but very expensive!
The PTO package is great, health benefits are okay, 401k matching is average. Only people managers are eligible to receive bonuses.
Average PTO, reasonable healthcare, dental, vision 401k, paid volunteer hours.
There are little to no benefits at all. The only one that i would appreciate are the late night pizzas and free coffee and tea at the pantry.
Provides a standard benefits package like most companies.
Health insurance coverage is subpar for what we pay. It's really catastrophic insurance because of the high deductible.
Health insurance is very expensive.
This job is wonderful for people who are detail oriented and can be accurate & punctual. Test Scorers are contract positions, but you can work with the team leaders and scoring directors if you need to take time off, unpaid, or come in late due to appointments. I like their online hour tracking ability and direct deposit of checks.
Vacation time and paid days off are good. Medical and dental benefits are very expensive
PROS: New CEO is working to make things better, and the company has taken on more of the employee share of benefits. Now allowed to roll over vacation days, and no longer have to delineate between vacation/sick/personal days. This is so welcomed! Good 401k matching, and the company offers everything needed for an employee. Good stuff. CONS: That being said, many are stuck with a high deductible insurance. Adding a family on is very expensive. With limited raises, a better health insurance plan would go a long way to keeping employees happy.
