Stock: If you're corporate u get at least 40-50 stock that vests in portions every 6 months. That's even for lower level Corporate jobs, or Amazon level 4. (Levels go 1 and up). If you're in Customer Care though you get 2-4 stock and it takes two entire years to vest, yet they treat that as compensation for the current year, so if you get 2 stocks in 2016 they count it as compensation for 2016 even though you can't get the cash until 2018. However there are chances to get out of Customer Care and go to Corporate and level up after the transition. Amazon stock does pretty good so it is a good benefit if you get to that level.
