You get benefits after 90'days, most people don't last that long.

We appreciate it when both current and former employees give us constructive feedback – whether it’s easy to hear or not. The first 90 days is a very good time for both an employee and an employer to evaluate one another and to ensure that it’s a good fit. Unfortunately for you, it was not. You must be able to perform the basic functions of the job for which you were hired in order for a relationship to work. When an employee does not deliver on basic expectations, it’s an important and yet a difficult decision that an employer must make to end the relationship. We are sorry that this did not work out. A more factual and truthful statement from you would have been “I did not make it through the first 90 days” rather than “most people don’t last that long.” Fortunately, the company’s track record of hiring good and high-quality staff has been successful and we are very proud of the high number and longevity of smart people at the company.

Decent vacation time and almost all holidays off...they even let everyone go early on the day before a holiday, which is really nice. The only con is they don't pay for maternity leave (you still get to take maternity leave, it just isn't paid for).
