once you're full time, you'll start receiving benefits but if you're a part time, you get nothing
Healthcare revamp is trash. Sick and personal days don’t come back until the same day of the following year. 401K marching is standard for most companies come to find out. Only decent thing is our stocks.
Pay, 401k matching (company stock), and vacation/PTO are all great. Insurance, not so much anymore.
The benefits were alright.
They know the value of hard work and loyalty. They are willing to pay you top dollar to keep you! But that does not mean the money will come easy. You will work for it!
The 401k was pretty beneficial
The health insurance plan isn't to bad. Its a little expensive for a part time employee. You wont get paid time off until your second year
iif your part time many of the time off that you can get are unpaid. if you should for instance break a bone and be unable to work the insurence will cover the visits to the doctor but the missed income can break you on the budget. it would be best to earn more money per hour then to work 48 hours and pay the insurence. its just expensive
They offer 401k, cool gifts after specific milestones in your tenure, competitive pay, and tuition reimbursement. However, full time employees have to be business majors to get reimbursed, which is a huge negative in my opinion
I opt out of the medical insurance because I already had some under my mothers insurance.
