You have to put in time to start receiving any good benefits but they are really great.

Quiktrip treats its employees with nothing but the upmost respect. They see us as more than employees, they see us as the people we are

The best thing is that it's free for you after 5 years and the worst is they are continuously raising deductibles.

They have pretty good benefits. Random checks will go on in the store where secret shoppers come around and if the store is in good condition you will get ~$50 I believe. If you stick with the company there are more, but I couldn't take how mindnumbing the job was so I don't really remember the rest of the benefits but the company has my respect for how they value their customers. You can work your way up the company which is great, especially for those who may have not gone to college or just can't get a good job. Just work hard and it pays off, seriously.

I know that benefits are offered at 3 months to full time employees and at 6 months to part time but I have yet to figure out how to apply or receive.

The worst thing about the benefits is that you only become eligible to the big ones once you either hit 2 years or are a full time employee
