We start off the year with 10 sick days and 5 personal days. Not to mention if you start a shift and for whatever reason feel like you can't complete it, we have people JUST to cover it for you. There are also perks like: affordable health insurance, FMLA days (if needed), tuition reimbursement, etc.
Overall great packages depending where you live. In the KC division its nice because doctor visits are free if you go to a clinic. Copays are low. Issues I have is the "premiums" adjust Quarterly and getting information in regards to benefits takes a while.
Monthly bonuses, great weekly compensation, great benefits, 401k matching, stock shares
The health insurance is one of the best I've ever had. They offer basic medications and free access to a doctor. The 401K is very basic with match and offers.
Great pay many different opportunities for advancement
Company Stock is really profitable. The health insurance has little to no copay. Until recently employees with 5+ years experience were provided with free healthcare. Their health insurance is similar to an employer-funded HMO and my premiums have increased by $20/wk in the last year and a half
The worset things are no lunches no breaks and u can't sit down if u don't fit there mold u wount get a promotion if u take fmla

Provide all essential benefits really well
You have to put in time to start receiving any good benefits but they are really great.
