You have to wait at least 3 months to qualify for benefits. But it's worth the wait!
Little flexibility for choice of doctors as they partner with CareATC but that means they only see QT employees making it easy to get in to see a Dr. Also it's strictly a Co-pay insurance system so everything is a flat rate depending on type of service. When I left the most expensive cost was $300 for an emergency room visit and all bills go to corporate and they deduct $50 from your weekly check until it's paid off so you literally don't even need to think about paying.
401k and stuff like that
There is a doc in the box onsight. Most maintenance scripts are free. 401k and profit sharing are awesome
It was good working there
Very expensive premiums and its a ppo
The initial offerings are great considering how garbage most benefits packages are, but be prepared to have your wallet empty if you have any dependents on their current plan.
They offer benefits to every employee even those who don't work many hours. Bonuses each time the store is shopped and does well
Currently I am not eligible for many of the benefits that QuickTrip gives to its employees. Once I am, I will update this review.
50% match on first 6% of contributions to 401K, free short term disability. Liberal FMLA, Free Care ATC visits for initial health visits, vacation, sick, unpaid time off and you can purchase additional time off if needed.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
