Roughly 2.5 days of vacation after six months. One full week after the first full year. Two weeks after two years. Three weeks after four years. Four weeks after nine years. PTO is available for purchase after six months. One week of PTO per six months.
You cannot use it until you have been with the company for at least 6 months.
You get 5 personal day, and 10 sick days. but if you use one, you wont get it back for a full year and one day. After 2 years you start to get PTO 1.3 days.
takes a long time to accumulate as a part time
Very little at first, but they do let you buy more; but they make you buy PTO. If you use it, you will be punished in subtle ways, like no promotions, worse assignments, worse locations, worse shifts. Benefits are decent, but downsides can't be ignored. They have high standards, but are very rigid and cliquish pseudo military organization.
You get 15 paid sick days if you work enough days before you take time off and you can partial your shift as much as you want
Decent time off provided, only dished out once a year though so depending on when you get hired, could be a while before you actually get any to use. Options available to purchase time off which is partly used to pay yourself back when you use it.
5 years to get 3 weeks vacation
It's great and the more seniority you have the more paid time off you get
Sick and unpaid are part of each year. Vacation grows. You can buy additional vacation and get paid for unused vacation. since we are open 24/7 it is hard to get Holidays off but you get paid extra.
