Hard getting paid time off but you are able to manually put a request in through the system during your shift and just mention to the store manager at least 2 weeks in advance so they can arrange to cover your shifts and they are very friendly about it

takes a long time to accumulate as a part time

Very little at first, but they do let you buy more; but they make you buy PTO. If you use it, you will be punished in subtle ways, like no promotions, worse assignments, worse locations, worse shifts. Benefits are decent, but downsides can't be ignored. They have high standards, but are very rigid and cliquish pseudo military organization.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Charlotte, North Carolina

You get 15 paid sick days if you work enough days before you take time off and you can partial your shift as much as you want

StarStarStarStarStar Former Clerk in Mesa, Arizona

Decent time off provided, only dished out once a year though so depending on when you get hired, could be a while before you actually get any to use. Options available to purchase time off which is partly used to pay yourself back when you use it.
