Best: Flexiable PTO Snacks, coffee, bagels on Tuesday and Thursday, cereal, milk, and tea Worst: N/A Idk what else to put since I need a word limit
There is unlimited vacation time, which is good and bad. Before it was unlimited, you had a balance and conversations with managers were easier in terms of taking time off, also those who left under the old scheme would cash out unused PTO, but now you get zero. No 401k matching is another negative. Health care plans are decent, there are fully covered versions of the HMO.
Unlimited time off was amazing. I hope that Adecco didn’t take that away, but there weren’t any great benefits
The best thing about Quinstreet is vacation time
They do not match 401k and their healthcare is so so.
No 401k matching, health insurance was decent for the kaiser plan
Great benefits- full health, vision, dental. 401k available but no matching. 15 days of PTO your first year.
Good benefits, little perks. Definitely not keeping up with other tech companies - but to be clear QuinStreet is not a tech company, it's much more of a marketing company and is run by the business teams. Don't be fooled.
Basic benefits package for a public company: 401k, medical, dental, vision plans provided and most observed national holidays off.
cost of the benefits for me (unmarried man without dependents was under $10 per pay period. Also, the company shuts down the last two weeks of the year and everyone gets paid time off for that time period.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
