Health Plan for staff is lower quality/less generous than for attorneys 15 vacation days which are accrued each payperiod 3 sick days 3 personal hours of paid time off staff salaries are about $20,000 lower than the average for the region despite high costs of living, management uninterested in paying fairly
Benefits are good there is paid time off reasonable sick and vacation leave as well as reasonable parental leave for all employees
The best is health insurance completely covered. Bad vacation days unless you have worked there for at least 5 years.
