Technically, it's a 503b plan because QU is nonprofit. They match up to 5% of the employee's salary for the first five years of employment and then contribute 10% of the salary every year after that regardless of employee contribution.
Matched what you put into it until 5 years and then when your fully vested they will pay all of it.
The plan matched 5% on TIAA-CREF. This was typical at the time.
