HR has a wonderful wellness program that provides health education. QU offers a 403b plan for retirement. As a full-time employee you can take part in the tuition reimbursement program.
Health insurance is relatively good. The university offers several plans and covers a big percentage of the premium. There is still a co-pay for doctor's office visits on most insurance plans, but it tends to be affordable.
