Above standard in America paid vacation of twenty days per year plus bank holidays
Offers 21 paid vacation days in a calendar year plus an additional day to be taken during your birthday month - better than the standard 2 weeks in the US. However there are no sick days so if you need to take a one it will be debited from your 21 days of PTO. Health & Dental is offered after 3 months. Wine and snack happy hour every other Friday. 401K offered, they will match 1%. Not many supplier perks, team outings, site visits, events for staff to attend; when there are opportunities only 2-3 employees on average are able to attend. Decision by management on who will attend is sometimes based on personal friendships and not merit.
Great vacation package and flexible working hours. It's nice to have insurance and a 401k, but insurance is expensive and 401k is only 1% salary contribution.
