Benefits are fair. Salary is a bit low-to-average.
R/GA has a pretty well-rounded benefits package
Great benefits, PTO and perks from clients and partners
R/GA offers its staff employees a comprehensive package of benefits. One of the best features is education and career development support.
Benefits are awesome. Nothing negative to say
Generous amount of PTO and contributes 50% for your 401k
21 days of PTO, which includes 3 summer days. They also reimburse professional classes you take. $500/year, $2000/year for employees with three years tenure.
First place I worked at that didn't seem to have bonuses. A lot of ad agencies get the winter holidays off but RGA is pretty stingy. PTO doesn't role over and also functions as your sick days, which sucks if you get sick. What I didn't know is some people negotiate more PTO when they are hired, I wish I had done that.
Pros: Great 401K Benefits (health, eyes, etc) Cons: None that I know of
To be honest, there may be great benefits but I have no idea what they are. They do a very terrible job explaining what benefits are available
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
