Standard company benefits like you would find at any large company.
Salaries were good, in my experience. Some years were leaner than others, but I was okay with that, because by the time I left I had six weeks of paid time off a year (including three paid summer Fridays) not including paid holidays. You better believe I used every single day.
The benefits package was vary comprehensive and on part with other companies that I have worked for
I have a great amount of paid time off that I think is above average
Benefits package is very inclusive. It has everything you would need & extends for whole families.
The worst thing is severance package. If you get laid off you receive no warning for what's coming and only 1 week of severance pay for each year worked.
Fairly standard benefits package with health coverage and supplementary insurance. Number of vacation/PTO day is basic and doesn't increment until you've worked past certain number of years, yet people are generally respectful when you're away on PTO.
Great benefits for employees and their family.
matching 401K after 3 years.
