There are no benefits unless you work in the kitchen for a time period or management.
free training food for 5 meals, discount food from restaurant
50% off food from Ra sushi and Benihana
Need more organization. Great attitude about helping each other. Managers are all in the same page. Communication is great and everyone is there to help out.
401k, vacation and health insurance, employee discount. Life insurance and travel was really good
Like most bartender jobs, virtually no benefits.
Decent healthcare, vision coverage was ok, and dental was fine. 401k was fine but didn't match what you put it. The bonus program was monthly so you were always getting a bonus.
We have to work at least 3 holidays but they are understanding when it comes to family engagements. They are great with time off and work great around a student schedule. Since I am server we don't get very many benefits like 401k's or insurance.
heard the health insurance was horrible but I believe it was only for management. Getting time off was pretty easy so long as you requested it at least two weeks prior.
