Health insurance is pretty good. One of my favorite plans. They don't match for retirement and there are no professional development/education funds.
Good benefits for a non-profit but bad in comparison to other industries. It depends on where you are coming from. The lack of retirement benefits, professional development, and slow accrual for vacation/sick leave are why I rate this a 2. These three items are very important to me, in addition the health insurance is more expensive with less return for the money than any other employer I have had.
Paid holiday from Christmas to New Years
This company provides health, visual and dental insurance through a good health insurance company. They also provide their staff with long disability package.
Healthcare was fully covered. Observed all federal holidays. Week between Christmas and New Years is additional holiday time.
There are none for pt (39 hrs)
We received a retirement contribution this year which was nice bc we are only PT.
