    All time off is in the PTO pool. Non-exempt employees can take PTO in 15 minute increments. Salaried employees have to take 1/2 days but are not expected to keep time counts for Doctors appointments. Non-exempt employees start with 16 days of PTO which jumps to 20 days in your third year. Another bump at 10 years to 25 days and at 20 years to 30 days. Salaried employees start at 20 and move to 24, 27 and 30 respectively. Senior Management positions start at 30 days and do not increase with tenure.
