Former CSR in Blue Ash, Ohio

The insurance they provide is too expensive and is the worst insurance anyone could ever have. Too vague when attempting to explain the insurance benefits or lack there of.

It is very expensive if you want it to cover anything. But if you need bare minimum to not get fined then it is very cheap

Plans are ridiculously priced and would eat half your check. Just having one child and one adult made it unaffordable.

It was somewhat affordable. Never really used it.

cost for myself and my husband is $300 a paycheck (bi weekly) ($7800 a year) the first $2000 in expenses are covered by an employer funded HSA then the next $5000 are the deductible and paid by me and only after that does the insurance kick in and pay (maybe) 80%.

Former Customer Service in Oxford, Ohio

The insurance plans offered very poor coverage.
