“Outside the pandemic, really depends on the manager. Some offer 2 days per week.”
“By being under a broker at RE/MAX, you protect yourself, for the most part. Also, many offices are Realtor (r) offices, which provides extra coverage. Surely there are cases where an individual has gotten themselves into legal trouble that was not 100% absorbed by their agency, but that is one of the functions of working under a broker/brokerage - legal protection. ”
Warm family environment all the time
Average to poor benefits, not great. Medical + Dental, 3 holidays off.
Well supported with benefits person on staff
401k has a 50% match up to the IRS maximum. The HSA family option has an employer contribution of $2000 annually. Medical, Dental, Vision are fair but not fully paid by employer. PTO is approx 4 weeks per year but is flexible. There is maternity, paternity and adoption time off. There is no adoption or foster reimbursement. There is no option for community involvement/volunteering. DEI is lacking. Leadership is great about reminding people to take care of themselves, their families and their mental health above all else and supports people adjusting schedules to ensure employees can do that.
401k. PTO. Vacation time. Holiday. Environment
Great 401k match, healthcare was pretty solid as well.
