Outside the pandemic, really depends on the manager. Some offer 2 days per week.

Flexible, but not reduced in any way.

Self-employment has many benefits - all of them paid for by the employer - You. The only reason to join another brokerage, and pay all of the fees, is if you are unsure about your professional experience level.

401k has a 50% match up to the IRS maximum. The HSA family option has an employer contribution of $2000 annually. Medical, Dental, Vision are fair but not fully paid by employer. PTO is approx 4 weeks per year but is flexible. There is maternity, paternity and adoption time off. There is no adoption or foster reimbursement. There is no option for community involvement/volunteering. DEI is lacking. Leadership is great about reminding people to take care of themselves, their families and their mental health above all else and supports people adjusting schedules to ensure employees can do that.
