The company has a competitive benefits package, and for a good run of years the health insurance increase was paid for by the company, rather than passing it on to the employees. This is the first year in quite some time where we saw just a little bit of an increase. The company gives a total rewards summary at the end of each year. This summary is a nice summary of all of the benefits of working for the firm.

Any current Andersen employees have an update on how the trial period of the hybrid model went and what they have officially established now? Worked there until July and would love to come back eventually if they were more flexible than required number of days in the office.
