Employees must be at the company (6) months prior to the child(ren) being born and will get a total of (2) weeks paid time off (PTO). Employees can also use earned PTO to cover any remaining time that they wish to be on maternity/paternity leave. Leave must be taken within (6) months of the birth of the child(ren) Parental leave can only be used once in a rolling (12) month period.
